Swimming ability: Every member of the group must be able to swim and be comfortable in the water

Limited mobility/Eyesight: Water sports are highly accessible with some extra planning. If you have a member of the group who has concerns about their mobility/eyesight please contact the activity provider to discuss how they can best help
Allergy to latex/rubber: The drysuits have latex and neoprene seals that sit against the skin on the neck and wrist, if you have an allergy that would react then you should not do the tour
Pregnancy: We are happy to take pregnant clients as long as all safety equipment fits effectively to the satisfaction of the guide
Check in for your tour at Siglo Sea HQ located in a baby blue and orange container. The turn-off for it is a little South of the Herring Era Museum. Look for a sign on the roadside, the Siglo Sea name on the container, and a flag.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
