Pickup is only available from hotels in Punta Cana, Bavaro, Uvero Alto (Punta Cana), and Cabeza de Toro. Pickup time is usually between 1 - 1.5 hours prior to the start time of your tour. Make sure to be waiting outside 5 minutes before pickup because the buses can't park and wait. Pickup location and time will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking. Please contact the local partner the day before the tour, should the information provided is not clear.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
