• The maximum weight for zip lining and horseback riding is 250 pounds
• Zipline harnesses size up to: waist 47 inches, leg 29 inches, chest 39 inches
• Hotel direct pickups start approximately 30 - 60 minutes before departure time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation E-mail, once the booking is completed and the hotel name is provided
• This tour schedule is only compatible for guests staying overnight in hotels, not fit for shore excursion timings for cruise ships

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
