Sound baths are performed all over the world as a tool to supplement yoga and meditation as a form of "sound healing."
Listen to the sound of a 432hz hand pan, 528hz gankdrum, crystal bowl, 432hz singing bowl, tynsha, didgeridoo, cosichaim, African shaiker, guitar, and ukulele.
Once finished, be guided through meditation. Then, after relaxing, be introduced to the wonderful hot springs and town nearby, and relax in the hot spring.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
