This is a unique cooking experience where you will learn to make a special Jiro-style ramen from scratch. We will prepare the broth and toppings, and make fresh noodles.
We will meet up in Akihabara and find popular spots in the area. To top it off, we will also visit a grocery store where you will be able to pick the ingredients firsthand to create your own bowl. Our specialized guide will share with you the importance of each ingredient.
The grand finale will be preparing and making your own ramen. You’ll be able to learn the very special secret of making a delicious ramen on your own and take home the recipe to recreate it yourself.

The meeting point is at the outside central ticket gate of Akihabara Station. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will depart ahead of you. In that case, you are requested to come to our kitchen studio directly. No refunds will be made in the case of your delay.
A minimum of 2 people is required per reservation.
Vegan and vegetarian options are not available.
The class will end at our kitchen studio that is different place from the meeting-point of Akihabara station.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
