Our journey begins in the vibrant capital of Ecuador, where you will explore the colonial streets and see its wonderful churches. You will take part in the Cacao Experience, in a colonial house in Loma Grande, where you will enjoy a unique sensory experience: learn about the chocolate-making process from the cacao bean and taste its flavors in different forms—beans, fondue with marshmallows, hot chocolate, beer, and cacao liqueur.
Then we head to the iconic Mitad del Mundo monument, symbol of the geodesic mission and the discovery of the center of the Earth. To top off this experience, we will enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve, a fascinating place where people live inside the crater of this majestic volcano.
