Your journey begins at Arctic GM’s central office in Rovaniemi (Valtakatu 26), where you’ll board a modern coach bus to our private forest location. Warm winter overalls are provided for comfort in Arctic conditions.

Throughout the evening, Santa’s elves will bring the night to life with storytelling, laughter, and festive cheer. Around a glowing bonfire, you’ll enjoy hot drinks and grilled sausages — a Lapland tradition that warms both body and soul.

The highlight is a private meeting with Santa Claus. Unlike crowded tourist venues, here you’ll enjoy personal time with him, take photos, and receive a special postcard gift. You can keep it as a keepsake or write a letter for the elves to mail worldwide the next day with an official Lapland stamp.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
