Children 1-14 years old are seated on a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile, but it is recommend that an adult sits with small children to ensure their safety
If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged
The guide will provide you with driving safety instructions
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Please wait in the hotel lobby 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Check your email one day before the activity in order to know the pickup time of your tour
Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
