If weather conditions are bad, we cancel the tour with a FULL REFUND or change the date (if possible). Due to rapidly changing weather, we may cancel at the last minute.

A day before the tour, we will share with you forecast updates and the likelihood of seeing the Aurora.

Tours start between 17:00–22:00 and last 4–12 hours. Depending on the package, we offer free pick-ups and drop-offs within 10 or 20km from the Rovaniemi city centre.
After pick-up, the guide will provide a brief lecture about the Aurora and explain how it forms. Provide you with the forecast updates and reply to all your questions.

We will drive as much as it takes to find clear skies and can choose a spot from more than 500 verified locations across Finland and Sweden.

We use professional cameras, and our skilled guides will capture your most precious moments. You’ll receive HQ photos within 72 hours via a link.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
