Description

Join us for an unforgettable experience in the Bouches de Bonifacio We set sail in the late afternoon from Santa Teresa Gallura for an unforgettable aperitif and to enjoy a beautiful sunset
Departing from the harbor of Santa Teresa Gallura in the late afternoon is in itself a small ritual. The boats sway lightly, the wind dies down, the sun begins to sink towards the horizon, and everything takes on a slower, softer pace. The skipper welcomes the guests on board, the gear is arranged, a few words are exchanged about the sea conditions, and the best route is decided together. It's a moment that marks the beginning of the experience: not just a boat trip, but a journey into the light of the sunset, into the scent of the sea, and into the beauty of the Bouches de Bonifacio.
The journey begins by skirting the jagged profile of Santa Teresa, with its granite rocks rising out of the sea like natural sculptures. The landscape changes quickly.
You can head towards La Marmorata, with its light-colored seabed and crystal-clear waters. Or towards Rena Bianca, the iconic beach of Santa Teresa, which takes on pink and golden hues at sunset.
Another option is Capo Testa, an almost lunar place, where the granite shaped by the wind creates incredible forms, natural arches, suspended boulders, and sculptures that look like the work of an artist. From there you can reach the Capo Testa Lighthouse, a viewpoint overlooking the Bocche and offering an open view all the way to the white cliffs of Bonifacio.
If the sea allows, you can choose a more sheltered cove such as Funtanaccia, perfect for a dip in calm waters.
During the stop, the atmosphere changes: the boat stops, the sea becomes a mirror, and it's time for an aperitivo. Soft drinks, spritz, gin and tonic, gin and lemon, and beer are included onboard, served calmly, without haste, because the sunset should not be chased: it should be experienced.

The tour includes soft drinks, wine, spritz, gin and tonic, gin and lemon and beer, while extras and an apericena of finger foods are to be arranged according to the guests' needs.
The apericena is a customizable option: you can have "mariner's style" rice, local finger food, fresh appetizers, or other items to be decided together.
The idea is to offer something good, simple, and local, without being rigid: each outing is different, each group has its own tastes, and each sunset has its own rhythm.
The return to Santa Teresa is slow, gentle, accompanied by the sound of the water and the evening breeze. The illuminated Longonsardo tower appears on the horizon and marks the end of the trip.
