Begin your experience on land with an introduction to the fundamentals of freediving. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as the basics of ear equalization to help you feel comfortable underwater.
Then, board the boat for a short 5 to 10-minute ride to the practice site. Equipped with fins, a mask, snorkel, and wetsuit, put what you have learned into practice in the sea.
Work on your immersion, body position, and swimming technique at depths ranging from 0 to 6 meters. Experience your first deeper freedives at your own pace in a safe and supervised environment designed for beginners.
Enjoy some time snorkeling and discover Corsica’s underwater marine life before boarding the boat for the return journey to Bastia’s Old Port.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
