Come and enjoy a tour of our estate and a tasting of 4 rare and atypical champagnes!
Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire specializes in making rare and unique champagnes without malolactic fermentation, filtration, or fining. This family specialty lets us offer champagnes with a really fresh taste, marked by authenticity and minerality.
Plus, the champagne keeps way better, so some of them turn into 'vins de garde' - that's wines you can keep for years. High Environmental Value (HEV) classification since 2018. For 5 generations, the family has been keeping the know-how of our ancestors alive in the Marne Valley. The terroir is right in the heart of Champagne, exclusively on the south bank in clay-limestone soil, stretching from Hautvillers 1er Cru to Cumières, all the way to Villers-sous-Châtillon.
Enjoy a guided tour of our estate, including our presses (old and modern), our vats, and our cellars, and then treat yourself to a tasting of 4 Champagnes:
1 glass of Cuvée Select (a rare and unusual Blanc de Meuniers)
1 glass of Cuvée Trianon (a traditional Champagne)
1 glass of Rosé de Saignée (a rare and unusual product, no red wine added)
1 glass of Cuvée Millésime Hautes-Prieres (Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru)

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
