Begin with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Lyon and board an air-conditioned minivan. Meet your guide and embark on a scenic journey north to southern Beaujolais. Nestled among the hills and valleys, admire the beautiful golden stone villages that pass you by.
At your first stop, make your way through the vineyards for an introduction to wine tasting. Savor three different wines accompanied by a local French pastry. Learn about the concept of a “terroir,” which is an essential component to understanding the different vineyards and their wines.
