The City Pass Marseille is valid for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours and allows access to many attractions, museums, trains, boats, guided tours, public transport tickets, and more. This pass is dedicated to individual visitors who wish to discover Marseille with an all-inclusive package.
The visitor presents the pass at the museum entrance or at the start of a tour and gets the keys to the city. Enjoy discounts at certified shops and activity partners as well.

The Tourist Office and Convention Bureau are closed on January 1st, December 25th, and May 1st
Get your City Pass at the Metropolitan Tourist and Convention Office of Marseille from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, just bring your reservation confirmation and your ID
Please inquire about the availability of attractions before using your City Pass
You may have to wait for several hours to board the boats for the If and Frioul islands during the summer season. The crossing can only be booked on the same day
The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Metropolitan Tourist and Convention Office reservation required for all guided visits
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
