More than just a canoe trip: a premium experience at the gates of the Cévennes. Bar, food truck, terrace, Balinese showers... Canoë Montana, comfort in nature.
At Canoë Montana, it all starts with a big free parking lot at your disposal.

Then, head to the reception, where our team takes care of everything: handing over the equipment (canoe, paddles, vests, helmets, waterproof container per boat) and giving a safety briefing.

Depending on the route you choose, you can either start directly from the base or we'll take you by shuttle to the starting point. At the end of the descent, you'll either arrive at the base, or we'll pick you up and bring you back easily.

Everything's included in the price: all the gear, the return shuttle, and parking.

On site, you can also use our changing rooms, showers, and toilets, as well as our bar, Mövenpick ice cream hut, and a food truck with a terrace to extend the experience.

Kids get a discount, and your dogs are totally welcome!

We've got three routes to suit everyone's taste:

Sports Course – 7 km (from 11 years old): A beginner's sports course, perfect for those who want to experience the thrill. With S-turns, small rapids, eddies, and rocky passages, it's still accessible but needs a bit more technique. We recommend wearing a helmet to enjoy the experience safely.

Family Trail - 8 km (from 6 years old): This calmer and more accessible trail is perfect for relaxing and exploring. You'll pass through unspoiled natural landscapes and get to some pretty secret spots that you can only see from the river. Perfect for picnics, swimming, and enjoying a fun time with the family.

Adventure Trail – 15 km (from 11 years old): A mix of the two experiences, with calm and more dynamic stretches. This complete course lets you fully enjoy nature while experiencing a varied and memorable descent.

Las Playas Trail - 4 km (from 4 years old): A round trip on the water, perfect for a gentle first discovery.

Escape Trail – 12 km (from 6 years old): A longer descent, perfect for fully enjoying the Hérault gorges.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
