• This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and (If summit option is selected) direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
• You can use your cruise tickets anytime during operating hours after you receive them on your Eiffel Tower visit date. Tickets will be sent to you via mail and WhatsApp (if applicable).
• The Seine Cruise Ticket is valid for one month from the date of your visit.
• You may have to wait in line at the security checkpoint and for the elevator
• On the rare occasions that the summit floor might be closed to the public due to multiple reasons of maintenance, safety, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions, refunds or discounts cannot be guaranteed
• People with reduced mobility or disabled visitors can only visit up to 2nd floor
Meet with your host in front of Le Champ de Mars Cafe - 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Please exchange your voucher at the meeting point. Do not go to the Eiffel Tower to collect your ticket. Please arrive on time as late arrivals are considered a no-show.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
