Due to local security controls, access to the game will be gained within 20 minutes of the time indicated on your ticket
Tickets are only valid for the date and time of booking. Latecomers will not be admitted.
Keep in mind there is no cloakroom or luggage storage

As the Palais Garnier closes at 6pm in July and August, players will be asked to leave from 5:50pm. No photos nor access to the shop or lavatories between the end of the game and the closing of the Palais Garnier.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
