Passing by the old capital of Georgia you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Jvari Monastery built in the 7th-century. After enjoying the charming history of the sight you will head towards Jhinvali Dam, made during the Soviet Era in Georgia. Only ten minutes drive away is your next stop, the 17th-century Ananuri Castle where you can explore late feudal era life in Georgia. 

Passing by Gudauri  Ski Resort, you will stop by a panoramic viewing point to have an overlook at Great Caucasus Mountain Range. The stunning sights with breathtaking landscapes will take a while to enjoy. From here it will take twenty minutes to reach Kazbegi. in the last five years, this village became top seller destination for Georgia as its unique people, landscapes and food makes it mesmerizing. You will get to see the Gergeti Trinity Church built in 14th-century up in the mountain. Once again stepping out on the Caucasus mountain range you will find yourself above the clouds. This drive up and down takes one hour. Once back from your visit to the church you will check into your hotel.

On day two you will check out by noon and drive back towards Tbilisi. On the way, you will stop at the Gudauri Ski Resort where there will be plenty of activities in Gudauri for those who wish to spend the day actively. You can use the ski lifts or even see if paragliding is available. If you wish to have a more relaxing day you can remain at the hotel at the resort and take in the scenic views. After your day at Gudauri, you will travel back to Tbilisi and be dropped off at your accommodations.
