Description

Enjoy a professional wine tasting and take part in a cooking class where you’ll learn to make Georgian iconic dishes khinkali and khachapuri in our cozy studio, which you can easily repeat at home.
What to Expect

A Journey into Georgian Culinary Culture
Join us in our cozy cooking studio located inside our cafe-restaurant. We’ll begin with an introduction to the rich history of Georgian cuisine — a unique culinary tradition passed down unchanged for centuries.

Wine Tasting with a Local Touch
You’ll sample 3–4 varieties of bottled Georgian wines — from well-known wineries to artisanal wines from small family-owned producers. We’ll guide you through each wine’s story, production nuances, and the best food pairings. The tasting is accompanied by a Georgian cheese platter. Duration: approximately 1 hour.

Hands-On Cooking Experience
Next, it’s time to cook! With the help of our experienced chefs, you’ll learn how to prepare two of Georgia’s iconic dishes: khinkali (juicy meat dumplings) and Adjarian or Megrelian khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), with your choice of style.
Portion per 2 guests: 1 khachapuri + 5–6 khinkali.
While cooking, you’ll also hear fascinating legends and culinary traditions. At the end of the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the delicious food you’ve created.
