• Winter operating hours: daily from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM
• Please note that the boats run at irregular intervals in November and December.
• Buses run every 10-15 minutes.
• The tour route is subject to changes due to traffic obstructions or congestion.
• Passengers can only board the bus if there are free seats available due to health and safety reasons.
• Please exchange your voucher for a valid ticket with the ticket sellers in yellow clothing at Kurfürstendamm 216 or Alexanderplatz, in front of the Park Inn Hotel.
• You can also get on at one of the other stops and exchange your voucher directly with the driver.
You are required to bring and wear a mask
To start the tour, please exchange your GetYourGuide voucher for a ticket with a member of the City Circle Tour staff at the corner of Kurfürstendamm 216 (Stop 1) or at Alexanderplatz, in front of the Park Inn Hotel. Alternatively, you can go to any other stop along the route and exchange your voucher with the bus driver.
You can use all yellow buses with a City Circle or Gray Line logo.
The boat tour departs several times a day from the Nikolaiviertel/Humboldtforum pier (Stop 14 – Dom Aquarée) or from the Weidendamm pier (Stop 16 – Unter den Linden). Boats are operated by Stern und Kreisschiffahrt.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
