The tour meets on the street in front of the Akademie der Künste (Academy of Arts) in Pariser Platz (Parisian Square), inside the eastern side of the Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate). There are two Academy of Arts in Berlin, this is the one near the Brandenburg Gate. Coming by Taxi: Tell your driver to drop you off at Pariser Platz, next to the Hotel Adlon. In German: Sagen Sie dem Taxifahrer, dass er Sie am Pariser Platz bei der Akademie der Künste neben dem Hotel Adlon absetzen soll. If you are coming from the Western side of the gate, get down anywhere near the Brandenburg Gate. The gate's 2 minutes away. Coming by U-Bahn (Metro/Subway/Underground): Take the Brown U5 line and get off at the Brandenburger Tor Stop. Coming by S-Bahn: (Suburban Train): Take the Pink S1 line or the Green S2/S25/S26 lines and get off at Brandenburger Tor Stop. Coming by Public Bus: Take Bus 100, bus 300, bus M41 or bus M85 and get off at Brandenburger Tor.
