Look at landing stages 3 & 4 in the middel between Hohenzollernbrige and Deutzerbrige. Here you will find out where your ship will be departing from.
Alternatively, you will find the KD Ticket office at Frankenwerft 15. At the KD Ticket Office, you will be informed which ship you will be boarding.
Proceed to board the ship and present your QR-Code ticket as you enter the ship. Be aware that the ship you will be boarding can be located a 15-30minute walk away. (max distance from ticket office is 900m)
If you know where your ship will be departing from, you can proceed to board the ship and present your GetYourGuide QR-code ticket as you enter the ship.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
