The card is valid from midnight on the listed date until 6:00 AM the morning after it expires
The card covers unlimited 2nd-class HVV rides (public transportation). Children under the age of 6 can travel on the HVV network for free
The individual card is valid for 1 adult plus up to 3 children (maximum age: 15 years) and the group card is valid for up to 5 people of any age
GetYourGuide gift codes cannot be applied to this product
You are required to bring and wear a mask
There is no need to exchange your HamburgCard. You can use the card directly on public transit or at any of the participating attractions.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
