On the weekend of June 6–7, 2026, Mathildenhöhe will celebrate its World Heritage Site designation, including the opening of the exhibition “A Step Ahead / Einen Schritt voraus.”
On the weekend of June 6–7, 2026, Mathildenhöhe will celebrate its World Heritage Site Festival, which will include the opening of the exhibition “A Step Ahead / Einen Schritt voraus” to mark the 125th anniversary of the first exhibition held there in 1901.

A combination ticket is available for each of the two days of the event. The combination ticket is valid for the entire day of the event and can be used at participating venues during their opening hours.

  • The tour is available on Saturdays between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM or between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and on Sundays between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Last admission is at 11:00 PM on Saturdays and at 5:00 PM on Sundays.
NOT INCLUDED
  • Due to wedding ceremonies taking place in the Wedding Tower, admission on Saturday, June 6, will only be possible from 3:30 PM.
  • Please note that, as part of a “soft opening,” it will be possible to visit the exhibition “A Step Ahead / Einen Schritt voraus” as early as 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6! After the official opening at 6:00 pm, admission to the exhibition building will be free, which is why a discounted combination ticket is available from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
