The way leads through the lively southern suburb past the popular Panometer to one of the well-known sites in Leipzig, the Battle of Nations Monument.

The return trip to the city via the Old Market, the German Square and past the Bavarian Train Station leads to the Augustusplatz, where our tour ends. Three significant cultural institutions which decisively determine the image of the city are located here: the New Concert Hall, the University and the Opera.
