With the ascent and descent, you can comfortably travel from the lower station to the Rosshütte Seefeld. The Funicular will take you to the top in just a few minutes – effortlessly and with beautiful views over Tyrol's Seefeld high plateau.

The Funicular service departs every 15 minutes, daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This gives you the flexibility to plan your trip.

Once you reach the top, you can take your time: go for a short walk, start a hike, or simply enjoy the surroundings and the views.

The return journey is also flexible within the operating hours. This way, you can tailor your stay with us to your own preferences.

This ride is an easy way to conveniently access the mountains around Seefeld – whether for a short outing or as a starting point for further activities, such as our via ferratas, numerous hikes, dining options, and our “Mining in Seefeld” children's adventure playground.

The ascent and descent are only possible during operating hours (09:00–17:00). The Funicular service departs every 15 minutes.

Your ticket is valid only for the journey to Rosshütte Seefeld and back. Further journeys on other cable cars are not included.

A €4.00 deposit is required for the key card, which will be refunded when you return the key card.

Weather-related changes or operational restrictions may apply. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
