Moin Moin! The tour starts at the boat dock in Bingen-Kempten am Rhein, the entrance to the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site, known for having the highest density of castles in the world. If desired and for a fee, we can also organize a shuttle to our home port and back.

And the best part? You can take the wheel yourself – no license required!

While you take the helm, an experienced instructor from Rheintastisch will accompany you. Not only will they ensure safety on board, but they will also provide you with exciting information, anecdotes, and insider tips about the Rhine, the Loreley, and the historic region.

The tour takes you through one of the most beautiful river landscapes in Europe: past vineyards, charming towns such as Assmannshausen and Bacharach, old customs castles, and, of course, the famous Loreley, where the Rhine winds dramatically through high cliffs. We will take a short break at Loreley Harbor and refresh ourselves with soft drinks, Spundekäse cheese with pretzels, and a Rohesser sausage.

On the way back, you will dock below the romantic Rheinstein Castle. From there, it is just a few minutes' walk up to the castle – with a magnificent view included. Once at the top, you will be greeted with a glass of regional wine and can explore the castle at your own pace. A written castle guide will accompany you through the historic walls – from the chapel to the viewing platform.

Finally, a comfortable taxi transfer will take you back to your hotel – with lots of Rhine vibes in your luggage and an experience you won't soon forget.
