SUP Yoga is the combination of water sports and yoga, you can register for our SUP Yoga course without any previous knowledge. The courses take place in cooperation with the certified yoga and SUP yoga teacher Susi Blum, more information about Susi's regular yoga courses can be found on her website .

The body-focused yoga style trains deep muscles and body tension, as well as inner equilibrium and balance. Yoga is a holistic exercise path, body, mind and soul are brought into harmony through regular active regeneration. Nowhere else can you achieve more balance and lightness than with yoga on the water. Rest & strength, sun and fun on the water! The safe point system of the WOGA concept helps you to gain stability on the board. Treat yourself to your holiday experience at home on the beautiful Losheimer See, the SUP yoga courses last about 1.5 hours.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
