Travel on the Stuttgarter cable car to a forest cemetery, where you can walk in the footsteps of the city's famous former residents. Following that, travel with the “Zacke” - one of the final remaining railways in Germany, back down to the Marienplatz.
In the city of Stuttgart it is possible to find the world's first fully automatic cable car. Covering a vertical distance of 87 meters, it stands today as a protected monument and still operates several times a day. The second special feature of Stuttgart's modern road network is the “Zacke”, one of the last four cogwheel railways in Germany.

Throughout this tour, walk in the footsteps of famous former Stuttgarter residents who are buried in the forest cemetery throughout a guided walk. The cable car takes you up to the forest cemetery, before bringing you to Blaustrümpflerweg and Degerloch. From there, travel back down to Marienplatz with the Zacke.
