• The time slot for Acropolis and Parthenon are booked on the first day of your City Pass between 2:00 - 6:00 PM
• After booking you will receive an email from the activity provider with your City Pass (with information on the attractions) and your Acropolis entry ticket (with your pre-booked time slot)
• Your GetyourGuide voucher cannot be redeemed for entry at either attraction
• The pass is valid for 12-months from the day of purchase
• The pass is activated with the first scan
For all arrival days from 01th November onwards, be aware that you will receive your Acropolis Entry Ticket only until 1 Day before departure date, due saisonal changes

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
