Discover some of the most important sightseeing places of the city such as the Panathenaic Stadium, the stadium that the first modern Olympic Games took place in 1896. We continue at the Syntagma Square, where the Greek Parliament is located, with the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier fronting it and we will watch the changing of the Guards, two Evzones - members of the presidential Guard (a select military corps) - stand on both sides of it, in traditional costume. Stroll to the National Garden, where Zappeion is located an emblematic 19th c. historic edifice, used today as a venue for official ceremonies and meetings, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Zeus and the Old Parliament building. Climb on Lycabettus Hill, a green location, on the top of which you will enjoy a lovely view of the entire city and drive along Vasilissis Sofia Avenue which is lined with neoclassical buildings, embassies and museums.

Before heading back explore Plaka and Monastiraki, the city's oldest districts with numerous bars and tavernas. Sample the regions culinary splendors tasting souvlaki’’ the traditional Greek food. At the end of the day, your private transfer will escort you to the port or your hotel.

Please note that the Acropolis Museum opens from 08:00-20:00. Tickets cost €10
The Acropolis opens from 08:00-19:00 in the summer, and from 08:30-15:00 during the winter season (November 1 to March 31). Tickets cost €20
Acropolis multi-tickets cost €30 and include the Temple of Zeus, Ancient Agora, Roman Forum, Kerameikos, and Theatre of Dionysos.
All sites and museums are closed on January 1, March 25, May 1, October 28, Christmas and Boxing Day.
