Choose from a menu of meat, seafood, or vegan or vegetarian dishes. Each menu includes a chef's welcome, handmade long-fermented sourdough bread, a Greek salad, a special dessert of the day, and a main course to share.
The meat menu includes a black Angus tartare, a local fava foam with Santorini sausage, and a choice of Bio Iberico pork marinated with a secret recipe or Bio Chicken Fillet. The seafood menu includes a beetroot salad, sweet potato taramas, and a choice of fresh fish pasta or fresh fish of the day.
