You will be able to observe a cocoa pod and learn what is done in the fields to obtain the cocoa beans. Then get ready to do the main stages of chocolate making yourself: You will roast the cocoa, peel it, grind it and make your cocoa paste.
While learning the history of chocolate you will be able to prepare various cocoa-based drinks and finally you will make 2 chocolate bars that you will take home.
Finally we will talk about the bean to bar and how the local cocoa producing communities live in order to appreciate the great effort they make.
