The specially made RIB boats allow you to get closer to the whales and wildlife than any other boat can offer. The RIBs are fast and small boats that will also get you quicker to the whales and cover a bigger area as you search for the wild life. This means a bigger chance of spotting whales, dolphins and bird life with out disturbing them in their natural habitat. If you have a passion for nature and love for adventure, this is the tour for you.

• Dress warmly for the northern ocean, so if you have it, bring warm outdoor clothing like a wool or fleece sweater, some warm headgear and gloves
• Sturdy shoes are recommended
• Please be aware that the weather can change rapidly in Iceland and therefore the captain could decide to cancel the tour on short notice for safety reasons
• Please note, the minimum age is 10 years and the minimum height is 145 cm

Meet at the floating pier Oddeyrarbót 2, next to the cultural centre Hof in Akureyri at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
