Our Full-Day Whale Watching & Golden Circle Tour from Reykjavik is perfect for visitors to Iceland who have limited time to explore. Start the day with our fantastic 3-hour Whale Watching Boat Tour from Reykjavík Old Harbour, before switching to our Golden Circle bus tour in the afternoon.
You will begin your day with whale watching and our fast and efficient minibus collects from various locations throughout the city. Reykjavík bay is rich in plankton and krill, and as predators will follow their food supply, the coastline here is home to a variety of whale species and other marine life including dolphins, seals and more. There is 97% success rate for whale sightings on this boat tour. If you are unlucky and don´t see anything, you can join the boat tour again on another day for free.
After your Whale Watching Boat Tour arrives back in dock, walk the short distance to Tour Bus Stop # 4 - Miðbakki for pickup for your Golden Circle Bus Tour. The Golden Circle is a region that features some of Iceland's most renowned natural marvels. Within its confines, you'll visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Thingvellir National Park, the ancient volcanic crater lake at Kerið, the globally-acclaimed Geysir, and Gullfoss, a waterfall that stands as one of the nation's most magnificent and powerful.
