Your morning starts with a pick-up from the hotel. After the pick-up, you will be driven to the Yoga Ashram. The session then starts with an introduction to Yoga, wherein your expert yoga instructor will impart some knowledge about the history of Yoga and its practices.
The practice of yoga is a group of mental, physical, and spiritual practices or disciplines that came into existence in ancient India, back to the pre-Vedic traditions with mentions in the Rig Veda.
However, the practice likely developed around the 5th and 6th centuries BCE. After the introduction, get ready for a warm-up session followed by some stretching. Later, your yoga instructor will teach you pranayama and a short lesson on meditation yoga where you will learn about connecting with your inner self.
