Travelers are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. The speedboat departure from Marina Ancol Harbor usually takes place around 08:00 AM. For guests departing from Muara Angke Harbor using a traditional passenger boat, departure times may vary depending on the boat schedule.
Participants are advised to bring sunscreen, swimwear, towels, and comfortable clothing suitable for island activities. Weather conditions may affect snorkeling schedules for safety reasons. If weather conditions are not suitable, snorkeling may be canceled or replaced with an alternative activity. If the activity is significantly changed or canceled due to weather conditions, customers will receive a full refund.
