Description

4-day Bali–Java overland crossing with Ijen night hike, three waterfalls (Tumpak Sewu, Goa Tetes & Kapas Biru), Malang heritage evening and Bromo sunrise. Finish Surabaya or Yogyakarta.
Day 1 – Bali to Ijen Area (Overnight in Ijen)
Begin your journey with pickup from your accommodation in Bali. Travel west across the island and cross to Java by ferry. Enjoy scenic views along the way before arriving in the Ijen area. Check in to your hotel and rest in preparation for the early morning volcanic experience.
Overnight near Ijen.

Day 2 – Ijen Crater Experience & Kapas Biru (Overnight in Pronojiwo)
Depart early for the Ijen Crater hike. Trek up to the rim to witness the unique volcanic landscape and turquoise crater lake. After descending, continue the journey south toward the lush countryside of East Java.
In the afternoon, visit Kapas Biru Waterfall, a hidden natural gem surrounded by cliffs and greenery. After exploration, proceed to Pronojiwo village for overnight stay.
Overnight in Pronojiwo area.

Day 3 – Tumpaksewu Waterfall & Transfer to Bromo (Overnight in Bromo Area)
This morning, explore Tumpaksewu Waterfall, one of Java’s most spectacular natural wonders. Walk through scenic trails and enjoy panoramic views of the cascading curtain-style waterfall.
After the visit, continue your journey toward the Mount Bromo region. Arrive in the late afternoon and check in at your hotel. Rest early for the sunrise excursion.

Day 4 – Bromo Sunrise Experience – Drop Surabaya or Yogyakarta
Early morning departure by 4WD vehicle to Mount Bromo viewpoint to witness the famous sunrise over the volcanic landscape. Continue with a visit to the crater rim for a closer look at the active volcano.
After completing the Bromo experience, transfer to Surabaya or continue overland/train arrangement to Yogyakarta depending on selected option.

Tour concludes upon arrival at chosen drop-off city

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
