2026 Closure Dates:
1. Bromo: Jan 17–18, Mar 19–20, Apr 6–12, May 30–Jun 2, Dec 8–9.
2. Ijen: Closed every first Friday of the month for ecosystem cleaning.
Flexibility & Safety:
Nature is unpredictable. In case of sudden closures (volcanic activity, weather, or government orders), we will reroute the tour to alternative destinations. No refunds are provided for destination swaps as the service remains active.
Weather & Gear:
Early mornings at Bromo are cold (approx. 5°C-10°C).
Bring: Warm jacket, gloves, scarf, trekking shoes, raincoat, and a change of clothes for the waterfall.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
