This tour is conducted in multiple languages at the same time
There is a maximum limit of 20-25 participants per dinner
A vegetarian menu is always available on request
In case of bad weather the dinner will take place inside the estate’s restaurant
Participants must be able to climb and descend stairs
In the absence of the documents required for COVID-19 security measures, it will not be possible to participate in the activity and no refund will be made
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You must bring your own headphones
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants 12 and older must present physical or digital proof that they've been fully vaccinated with a FDA or WHO-approved vaccine administered at least 14 days before the performance date. Children between 5-11 years old must present proof that they've received at least one dose of a FDA or WHO-approved vaccine and be accompanied by a vaccinated adult meeting the theater's entry requirements. Guests whose last vaccine dose (excluding boosters) was fewer than 14 days before the performance date must also present either a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the performance starts or a negative antigen test taken no more than 6 hours before the performance starts
All participants 5 and older must present proof that they have received two vaccine doses of an FDA or WHO-approved vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Proof of vaccination may include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or official immunization record from outside NYC or the US
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
Meet your guide at Villa Costanza, Florence Coach Station. They will be wearing a green uniform with the local partner's logo. You can easily reach the meeting point by riding the T1 Leonardo tramway in the direction of Villa Costanza, getting off at the end of the line. The tram ride is around 20 minutes from the city center.
