Once the pilots have done their final checks and given you a briefing about flight safety, climb into the balloon basket - exlusive to you - and begin your float to altitudes of up to 2,000 feet (6,000 meters).

• Children between 0-6 are not permitted to fly for security reasons
• Balloon Team Italia reserve the right to cancel a flight if weather conditions are likely to create a risk in terms of flight security
• If your flight is canceled on the day (because of weather conditions), a full refund will be given. Alternatively, your booking will be transferred to the following day, (based on availability). The choice is yours

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
