• If the group does not reach the minimum size of 6 participants, the local guide in Pompeii will be replaced by an audio guide
• During the low-season, a live guide inside Pompeii ruins will be provided with a minimum of 6 participants per language; up to 5 participants we will provide audioguides
• For Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian language, the local partner will provide audioguides inside the Pompeii ruins
• The tour at Mt Vesuvius will be with a live guide in English, Spanish, and Italian
• The starting time for the tour is 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM and pickup is provided around 30-40 minutes before; please contact the supplier to set your pickup time and meeting point
• The tour is subject to weather conditions
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned

The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
All participants over 12 years old must present one of the following: proof of full vaccination, proof of first vaccination administered at least 22 days ago, proof of a Covid-19 infection in the past 6 months, or a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts
Your guide will hold a sign with the name of the activity provider, Worldtours, written on it. Please contact the activity provider after making your booking to confirm your pickup time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
