The tour departs from Naples every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The driver will pick you up from the main hotels of Naples city center. After the pick-up, meet the guide at the train station of Naples to take the train to Herculaneum. Reach Herculaneum in only 20 minutes.
Skip the line with the assistance of the guide. Just as if you had a time machine, you will walk through the history of all the buildings of the ancient roman town that was buried by the ashes of the eruption of the Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Herculaneum is smaller than Pompeii and can be visited in 1.5 hours which makes it perfect as a visit for those who have little time.
Visit also the Termopolium, the Sannite House, House of the Relief of Telephus, House of the Black Hall and the House of the Wooden Partition. After the tour, the guide will take you to the train station of Herculaneum to get the train back to Naples. Once in Naples, a driver will drive you back to the morning pick-up point.

• Herculaneum entrance fee is free for people under 18 years, please show a valid passport to the ticket office
• During low-season, a live guide inside Herculaneum will be provided for groups with a minimum of 6 participants per language; groups of up to 5 participants will receive audioguides
• Please note that the starting time for the tour is 8 AM / 8:30 AM and pickup is provided around 30-40 minutes before; please contact the supplier to set your pickup time and meeting point

Pickup is available from selected centrally-located hotels and locations in Naples. Please contact the local supplier after the booking in order to arrange the pickup time. The driver/guide will wait at the meeting point holding a sign with the local supplier's name on.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
