• Upon disembarking your ship, take one of the Livorno Porto2000 shuttle bus services from your cruise ship to Via Cogorano in Livorno city center. It's an approximate 15-minute journey. The shuttle may be free or cost €5 (round-trip ticket), depending on the arrival time of your ship. Tickets must be purchased from PortoLivorno2000 at the port shuttle bus stop. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled bus departure time
• Access to the tower is forbidden for children under 8
• Departure times are subject to change due to cruise ship arrivals
• Starting January 1, 2022, you must present a "Super Green Pass" (a COVID Pass that proves vaccination), and you must wear an FFP2 type mask. No refund will be granted in the case of faulty, or missing documents, or in the case of a faulty or negative scan of the documents

All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
