Please check your email the day before the tour for important information.
We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, and in a larger van for groups of 5 people and more. You can book a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
For the best experience, we limit your group size to 1-25 guests per guide, so that all guests can ask questions and hear the guide well. We will arrange additional guides for larger groups.
Lucca Cathedral is open from 10 am to 5 pm on most days, on Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm, so you should book a tour that starts after 11 am if you wish to visit the cathedral. Admission during masses and special events is restricted. If entry is not possible, you will see it only from the outside. Admission to the Cathedral Museum, Bell Tower, and Baptistery costs an additional fee (4 EUR for Baptistery and Museum or 9 EUR for combined ticket, optional).

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
