Free waiting time for the arrival is 60 minutes and start from the time booked for the pick up. We don't monitor flights and train. After the end of the free waiting time there is a supplement to pay of euro 15,00 for each 15 minutes.
For arrival at the train station, driver will wait you with a sign with your name at the beginning of the platform.
For departure from your accomodation, driver will wait you in front of the address.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
