You will be picked up from a central location in Rome and driven out of the city. After a short drive, you will visit a wine cellar located in the medieval village of Borgo, built in the 12th century. Meet your sommelier guide and take a brief walk through the private cellar to learn all about the secrets of wine processing.
You will move to the restaurant to taste a selection of regional cheese, cut meat, and Roman-style dishes. Each course is paired with an elegant local wine selected by the chef and guide to enhance the flavors of both the food and wine. After the meal, your experience ends with a return transfer to Rome.

Cancellations
