Meeting Point The experience takes place at the Circus Maximus. Check-in is located at the “Circo Maximo Experience” desk on Viale Aventino. Please show your voucher (digital or printed) to the staff. Arrival Time Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for check-in and headset collection. Late arrivals may miss their time slot and refunds cannot be provided. Equipment Upon arrival, you will receive the VR/AR headset and headphones. Our staff will guide you through the quick setup. Documents Please bring a valid ID, which may be requested as a deposit for the VR headset. Health & Safety The VR experience is not recommended for guests with strong photosensitivity, vertigo, or severe vision issues. If you feel discomfort while using the headset, stop the experience and inform the staff. Weather Part of the activity takes place outdoors and may be affected by adverse weather conditions.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
