• Group tickets are used for the tour, individual tickets cannot be issued
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• You must have a valid photo ID
• Child discounts are applied only with a valid ID card
• For safety reasons, the Colosseum can accommodate up to 3,000 people at once (this can lead to delays in access to the site, even for pre-booked visitors)
• For security reasons all visitors and their luggage shall be screened
• Forbidden objects inside the Colosseum include bottles and glass containers, alcoholic beverages and aerosols, backpacks, camping, bulky bags, and luggage/trolleys
• Transportation to the catacombs will be lead by a professional driver (not a guide)
• The catacomb temperature is about 60°F and the moisture content is high
• This tour is not recommended for people with impaired mobility
• Any kind of disability (visual impairment, hearing impairment) or anything that might prevent regular attendance must be communicated in advance

All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Valid Green Passes can be obtained by uploading either proof of vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months, a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the activity starts, or a negative antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts to the Green Pass or Covid Certificate apps
Masks are required while indoors
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
• The meeting point is at Via delle Terme di Tito on the corner of Via Nicola Salvi
• Staff from the local supplier will wait next to the park entrance with a "Tour in the city" sign
• Please make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before your departure time
• Departure from the meeting point will take place 15 minutes prior to the booked tour time
• Late arrivals cannot join the tour, and no refund will be issued
• The meeting point for the Catacombs tour is the same place, with a meeting time of 2:50 PM
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
