Due to the delicate nature of the surroundings, travellers cannot visit the catacombs independently and a guide is required
Catacombs are holy places, so guests should dress appropriately. All should cover their shoulders and thighs. It’s best to also have a light jacket, as it can get cold underground
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds

All participants who are 12 years and older who are visiting a site in White or Yellow Zones must present a Basic Green Pass, while those in Orange or Red Zones must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Basic Green Passes can be obtained by uploading either proof of vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months, a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the activity starts, or a negative antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts to the Green Pass or Covid Certificate apps. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
